Welcome to Layout Aura (accessible at layoutaura.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, customer portal, and e-commerce services. By visiting our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or purchasing from Layout Aura, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are using this site under the direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Account Registration & Security

To enjoy features such as wishlists, order history tracking, and one-click order management, you may create a customer account. When registering:

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal and delivery contact information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and password. Any actions taken through your account are your sole responsibility.
  • You must notify us immediately at info@layoutaura.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content published on this website—including but not limited to custom graphic apparel designs, typography, illustrations, brand logos, product photography, text copy, icons, visual themes, and software code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Layout Aura and is fully protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

⚖️ Strict Protection of Our Artwork & Brand Assets:

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, resell, modify, or commercially distribute any graphic artwork or materials found on Layout Aura without express prior written authorization from our management. Any unauthorized commercial infringement will be pursued under relevant civil and intellectual property statutes.

4. Custom Made-to-Order Manufacturing & Order Acceptance

Layout Aura operates on a tailored on-demand production model. Each apparel piece is individually printed and finished specifically for you following order placement:

  • Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email or notification does not constitute a final binding contract. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order due to stock constraints, technical pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activities.
  • Production Hand-Off: Once confirmed, orders are routed directly to Layout Aura’s dedicated production facilities for high-definition printing, garment inspection, and precision packaging.
  • Pre-Production Cancellation: Customers may cancel orders directly from their Customer Dashboard prior to production starting, as detailed in Section 7 and our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Sizing, Measurements & Color Accuracy

We take pride in transparent product representation:

  • Interactive Size Charts: Comprehensive size charts with live chest and length measurements in inches and centimeters are provided across all product pages. Because items are custom crafted on demand, buyers must verify measurements before purchasing.
  • Manufacturing Tolerances: Manual garment tailoring carries an industry-standard textile variation tolerance of ±0.5 to 0.75 inches. If your delivered piece deviates by more than 1 inch from our official size chart, we provide a 100% free replacement under our sizing guarantee.
  • Display vs. Fabric Colors: We display apparel colors and designs as vividly and faithfully as possible. However, actual physical fabric tones may exhibit minor variations due to individual display monitor calibrations and natural fabric ink absorption.

6. Pricing, Currency & Payment Security

All prices listed on Layout Aura are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise:

  • Price Corrections: We reserve the right to adjust product prices or discontinue items without prior notice. If an item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we will notify you before dispatch to confirm or cancel the order.
  • Encrypted Payment Processing: All electronic transactions (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking) are processed through RBI-authorized payment gateway Razorpay over 256-bit SSL encrypted channels. Layout Aura never views, captures, or retains your raw financial numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.

7. Order Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

All order cancellations, return requests, and refund disbursements are governed strictly by our dedicated Return & Refund Policy:

  • Pre-Production Window: Orders may be cancelled with a full 100% Store Voucher (lifetime validity coupon) or a Direct Bank/UPI refund (with a 3.36% non-refundable gateway processing fee deducted) before the item enters production.
  • Damaged / Incorrect Delivery: If a garment arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, Layout Aura takes 100% responsibility and will issue a free replacement or full refund upon photographic verification submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse: As custom printed apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal size misordering.

8. Domestic Shipping & Logistics Partners

Layout Aura delivers across serviceable postal PIN codes in India through our authorized domestic logistics and courier partners:

  • Delivery Timelines: Standard domestic orders are processed and delivered within 5 to 8 business days. Estimated arrival dates are guidelines and may vary due to transit holidays, state border clearances, or weather disruptions.
  • Tracking Information: Once your parcel is dispatched from our production hub, a real-time airway bill tracking link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
  • Recipient Availability (RTO): Couriers make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If a shipment is returned to origin due to incomplete address details or repeated consignee unavailability, re-shipping charges (≈ ₹70–₹80) will apply for re-dispatch.

9. Limitation of Liability & Prohibited Conduct

In no event shall Layout Aura, its founders, directors, or manufacturing affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is strictly capped at the purchase amount paid for that specific item.

You agree not to engage in website scraping, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts, injecting malicious code, or attempting unauthorized system access.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any transaction executed through Layout Aura are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising under or related to these terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India.
